Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Email address — used to track your free trial allowance, contact you about your account, and (if you opted in) send launch offers.
• Product descriptions and generated listings — we log each generation (your text input and the output) to enforce usage limits and review output quality.
• Product photos — photos you upload are resized in your browser, sent to our server, and passed to our AI provider to generate your listing. We do not store your photos.
• Usage analytics — page views and events via Vercel Analytics and the Meta Pixel, and anonymized session recordings via Microsoft Clarity (see Cookies below).

Service providers

We share data only with the providers needed to run the service:

• Supabase (database hosting; stores emails and generation logs)
• Google (Gemini API; processes your photo/description to generate listings)
• Vercel (hosting and analytics)
• Meta (advertising pixel for measuring our ad campaigns)
• Microsoft (Clarity; session recordings and heatmaps)
• Resend (transactional email, when applicable)

We never sell your personal data.

Cookies and tracking

We use the Meta Pixel to measure advertising effectiveness. It sets cookies and reports events (such as page views and sign-ups) to Meta. You can limit ad tracking through your browser settings or Meta's ad preferences.

We also use Microsoft Clarity to capture how visitors use the site (clicks, scrolling, and navigation) through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay. Text you type into forms is masked before it reaches Clarity. For more information, see the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

Data retention and deletion

Generation logs and lead emails are kept while we operate the service. To request deletion of your data, email support@listwren.com and we will remove it within 30 days.

We may update this policy as the product evolves; the effective date above always reflects the latest version.
